The POM Process
1. Book a Consultation
Contact our team to schedule a time for us to meet with you at your home.
2. Home Tour
During our consultation, we will ask for a full tour of your home. During the tour, we will note the location of the important things (HVAC system, breaker box, alarm hubs, etc.). We will also discuss special features about your home that we need to be attentive to as well as any specific expectations you may have.
3. Weekly Inspections
During our weekly inspections, we will examine your home paying special attention to the items listed above. If there is a problem, we will take photos and alert you to the issue to make proper arrangements to correct it.
